Event Overview: 2016 saw the launch of the first Loyalty Fraud Prevention conference in London for executives from multiple industries responsible for fighting the growing problem of loyalty program fraud. In 2017, the Loyalty Fraud Prevention Association (LFPA) expanded by offering two bi-annual conferences - the Spring Event was held in Atlanta and the Fall Event in Brighton, UK. This fourh Loyalty Fraud Prevention Conference (Spring Event) will continue the tradition of covering the latest best practices for stopping loyalty program frauds and breaches, as well as allowing attendes to forge relevant contacts related to loyalty fraud prevention.
Event Theme: This event is focused digital strategies to get ahead of the threats. Understanding the Fraudster's Customer Journey will help you work better with the other departments like IT and Call Centres. In turn this engages your customers to help them help themselves against fraud.
